Enterprise IT Service Management

My full-time profession is to help my organization continuously improve its IT services. On the technology side, I do that by investigating root causes of incidents. On the people side, I build trust with customers and engage with them to find out what’s working, what’s not, and what more we could do to provide value. Then I work with product owners and service owners to re-engineer processes and configurations.
